Look at the people you keep returning to

A long-time friend, former classmate or person you repeatedly cross paths with can feel significant. Before assigning destiny, ask whether there is actual mutual interest and whether your lives are compatible now—not just whether the story feels meaningful.

Do not confuse unavailable with mysterious

An unavailable person can become especially compelling because uncertainty leaves space for fantasy. If someone repeatedly says no, avoids commitment or cannot offer what you want, the most respectful interpretation is the literal one.

History is not the same as compatibility
